Synchronizing Past Profile / Reservation Statistics

Recalculate Past Daily Statistics includes the following

Running Recalculate Detailed Statistics

This utility is used when a discrepancy in reported statistics is identified by your property.  The utility recalculates daily reservation and profile statistics for a specified date range that are then repopulated in the statistics table

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Past Profile / Reservation Statistics.

2. Select Detailed Statistics tab

   1. Property. Select or confirm property

   2. From Date. Enter or select a start date 

   3. To Date. Enter or select an end date

      Note:

      Date ranges that are entered must not exceed three month period

3.  Click Recalculate Detailed Statistics.

Running Recalculate Summary Statistics

Recalculates yearly statistics for the specified year.  This utility should be run only if it is requested by Oracle support. 

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Past Profile / Reservation Statistics.

2. Select Detailed Statistics tab

   1. Property. Select or confirm property

   2. Year. Enter or select a year

3. Click Recalculate Summary Statistics

Running Recalculate Revenue Buckets

The Recalculate Revenue Buckets Utility recalculates revenue bucket amounts based on the transaction codes selected for each revenue bucket within a bucket type.

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Past Profile / Reservation Statistics.

2. Select Detailed Statistics tab

   1. Property. Select or confirm property

   2. From Date. Enter or select a start date 

   3. To Date. Enter or select an end date

      Note:

      Date ranges that are entered must not exceed three month period

3.  Click Recalculate Revenue Buckets.
