Prerequisites for Membership (Loyalty)

With an Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Loyalty subscription you can create and manage loyalty programs at a chain-level, including tier management, point earning (based on nights, stay, revenue or enrollment) and point redemption options.

Included with the Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Loyalty subscription:

  • Membership Tiers and Tier Management including Upgrades, Downgrades, Renewals (Calendar or Rolling)

  • Points Calculation Rules for Enrollment and Stay (Base and Bonus, Tier and Award points)

  • Awards: Rate, Package, Upgrade, Payment and Other (third-party) redemption

  • Tier Benefits

  • Reporting is available in OPERA Cloud Reporting and Analytics
