Configuring Electronic Registration Card Templates

An electronic registration card is displayed on a tablet device when a user selects the action to create an eSign Registration Card for an arrival reservation. The guest can initial and sign the electronic registration card and the resulting file is saved as an attachment on the reservation. For more information, see Managing eSignature Registration Cards.
Use Electronic Registration Card Template configuration to define the content and layout of the templates using a WYSIWYG editor. If desired, you can configure templates for various membership types.  When the Multi Language OPERA Control is active, you can configure templates per language; OPERA Cloud displays the template according to the language selected in the guest profile. If a template is not configured for a specific language, OPERA Cloud displays a default registration card according to the Base Language selected in Property configuration .
