Configuring OFIS Cloud Integrations

OPERA Fiscal Integration Solution (OFIS) Cloud enables fiscal partners or government agencies to integrate using Cloud API's.

Once OFIS Cloud configuration is complete, configure an Outbound Allowlist for the fiscal partner's Hostname and Port Number. For more information, see Configuring Outbound Domain Allow Listings

Also, ensure the FLIP Server Address Fiscal Folio parameter doesn't contain a value (is blank). For more information, see Configuring Fiscal Folio Parameters.

Note:

OFIS Cloud logs are available in Oracle OCI Logging Analytics. Consult the relative Country/Fiscal Partner documentation for further details. For more information, see Oracle Hospitality OPERA Fiscal Integration.

Adding OFIS Cloud Configuration

From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Fiscal Management, then select OFIS Configuration.
Click New and complete the following:
1. Property: Enter or select a property
2. Log Level: Select a logging level from the list.
3. Click Add Delivery.
  1. Delivery: Select a value from the list. For more information, see Configuring Fiscal Partners.
  2. Complete the following details:
    1. End Point URL: Enter the web service URL provided by the fiscal partner.
    2. Auth Type: Select an auth type from the list.
    3. Retries: Enter the number of retries (default is 3).
    4. Retry Interval. Enter the retry interval in milliseconds (default is 5000).
    5. Click Save.
4. Click Save.

Editing OFIS Cloud Configuration

From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Fiscal Management, then select OFIS Configuration.
Enter search criteria, then click Search.
Select a configuration in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.
1. Select the delivery details, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.
2. Update the delivery details.
3. Click Save.
Click Save.

Deleting OFIS Cloud Configuration

From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Fiscal Management, then select OFIS Configuration.
Enter search criteria, then click Search.
Select a configuration in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.
Click Delete to confirm.

Copying OFIS Cloud Configuration

You can copy configuration to other properties from the hub location.

From the Administration menu, select Financial, select Fiscal Management, then select OFIS Configuration.
Enter search criteria, then click Search.
Select a configuration in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Copy.
