Managing Reservation External References
You can search for reservations using the external references recorded.
Adding Reservation External References
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria for the reservation and click Search. 
- 
                        Select a reservation in the search results, click I Want to. . ., and then select External References or click the External References link in Reservation Presentation. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following: - 
                              Type: Select the external system from the list. 
- 
                              ID: Enter the external reference number. 
- 
                              Leg: Enter a leg number.

- 
                        Click Save. 
Editing Reservation External References
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria for the reservation and click Search. 
- 
                        Select a reservation in the search results, click I Want to. . ., and then select External References or click the External References link in Reservation Presentation. 
- 
                        Select the external reference then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit. 
- 
                        Update details. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting Reservation External References
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria for the reservation and click Search. 
- 
                        Select a reservation in the search results, click I Want to. . ., and then select External References or click the External References link in Reservation Presentation. 
- 
                        Select the external reference then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
