Managing Reservations

Using Manage Reservations you can:

  • Search reservations: Search for future, arrival, in house or historic reservations. You can filter your search by guest name, company or travel agent, arrival or departure dates, room, room type, rate code and other criteria. Multi Property search capability from a hub location is determined by the profile sharing setup for your chain. The search results provide reservation summary information.   • Manage reservations: Access to reservation stay details, deposits/cancellations, memberships, guest messages, preferences, charge routing, traces, shares and other reservation details. For more information, see Editing a Reservation.

  • View and update the Guest, Contact and Sales Accounts linked to the reservation.

  • Assign Room: Assign a room to a reservation and view room information. For more information, see Assigning a Room to a Reservation

  • Generate a registration card or proforma invoice from the I Want to Menu.

  • Copy Reservations: For more information, see Copying Reservations.

  • Cancel Reservations: For more information, see Managing Reservation Cancellation.

  • Navigate to Billing: View billing details for in house and open folio reservations, post or transfer charges or adjustments, post payments, generate folios, and so on. You can also access the Billing details for checked out reservations. For more information, see Manage Billing.
