Viewing Guestware Preferences and Incidents
When integrated with Guestware you can view the guest preferences and incidents reported in Guestware.
- 
                        From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings , select Reservations, then select Manage Reservation. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, click Search. 
- 
                        Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To. . . . Preferences or open the reservation presentation and click the Preferences details link. 
- 
                        Click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Guestware Preferences and Incidents. 
- 
                        Click + to expand each card.
