Viewing Call Statistics

Your reservation call activity is tracked and a summary of daily (business date) call activity can be viewed by selecting Call Statistics.

  • Total Reservation Time: Total accumulated time for confirmed and waitlisted reservations (duration from New Reservation to Book Now or Waitlist Now actions).

  • Total Calls: Total count of calls (New Reservation action)

  • Total Reservations: Total count of confirmed and waitlisted reservations.

  • Total Revenue: Total revenue for confirmed reservations (excludes waitlisted).

Viewing Call Statistics

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Look To Book Sales Screen.

  2. Click New Reservation.

  3. Click Call Statistics.
