Reviewing Smart Profiles

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select SMART Profiles.
  2. Click Review SMART Profiles.
  3. Use the following search criteria to review the profiles:
    1. Property: Select property from the list.
    2. Last Name: Select and enter guest last name or name for accounts and group profile.
    3. First Name : Select and enter the guest first name.
    4. Profile Type: Select profile type from the list.
    5. Region: Select region from the list.
    6. Country: Select country from the list.
    7. Client ID / Corporate ID / IATA: Select and enter the Client ID, Corporate ID or IATA Number.
    8. Import Date : Enter or select the import date.
    9. Membership Types: Select one or multiple membership types from the list.
    10. Records with Membership: Select a value from the list.
      1. Suspended: Suspended Profiles with attached Membership.
      2. Matching: Suspended Profiles that have OPERA Cloud Central matching profiles with attached Membership.
      3. Suspended and Matching: Membership attached to both Suspended Profiles and the OPERA Cloud Central matching profiles.
    11. Use the following search criteria to further filter your search results:
      1. All: Select to display all suspended profiles.
      2. Matches Found: Select to display suspended Profiles with Matches Found status.
      3. Invalid: Select to display suspended Profiles with Invalid status.
      4. Valid: Select to display suspended Profiles with Valid status.
      5. New: Select to display suspended Profiles with New status.
      6. Click the Reload results chip results to refresh the results.
      7. Click the Reprocess chip to reprocess all the filtered records. These can be tracked under OPERA Chain Scheduler .

        Note:

        You can process only 1000 records at a time.
  4. In the Actions column:
    1. Click Edit icon to edit the record.
    2. Click Delete iconto delete the record.
    3. Click Reprocess icon to process a single record.
