Configuring Reservation Protection Fields

Prerequisites for Configuring Reservation Protection

You can choose specific fields to be protected on a reservation. Once these fields are protected, they cannot be changed unless the user has the Override Reservation Protection task assigned to them. This process ensures that important reservation details remain secure and unchanged unless authorized.

Adding Reservation Protection Fields

1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Reservation Protection.

2. Click Protected Fields.

3. Click Select All or Unselect All the fields Available for Protection.
4. Click Update and Close to update.
5. Click Save to save the conditions.

Copying Protected Fields to Other Properties

1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Reservation Management, and then select Reservation Protection.

2. Click Select All or individually select the fields you want to copy.

3. Click Copy to Another Property. A prompt appears asking you to Override configuration for.

4. Click Proceed.
