Prerequisites for Nor1 Reservation Upgrades

In order for a property to use Nor1 PRiME Upgrades on OPERA Cloud, ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  • OPERA Cloud Version: Property must be using OPERA Cloud version 24.3 or higher.

  • Nor1 Products: Nor1subscription products must be configured and enabled at the property. For assistance, please contact our Customer Support Portal at the following URL: https://iccp.custhelp.com.

  • Reservation Upgrade Function: The Reservation Upgrade – powered by Nor1 PRiME Upgrade function must be enabled in OPERA Controls.

  • Auto-Display Nor1 Upgrade During Check-In: To use the Auto-Display Nor1 Upgrade feature, the property must use OPERA Cloud version 25.5 or higher and Reservation Upgrade – Powered by NOR1 PRiME turned on as well.
