PWA - Today's Traces

Traces are actionable instructions for a selected department for a specific date and time; once actioned the trace is updated as resolved. You can view and manage all reservation traces using Today's Traces.

Viewing Traces for a Reservation

  1. From the Ask Oracle menu navigate to Today's Traces.
  2. Select a Trace for a Reservation.

Updating Reservation Traces

  1. From the Ask Oracle menu navigate to Today's Traces.
  2. Select a Trace for a Reservation from the Traces Pending menu or Traces Completed or All.
  3. Select a Trace. Alternatively, swipe to the right and select Manage or swipe left to Complete.
  4. Update the relevant fields, such as the Department, Date / Time and Trace Text.
  5. Change the status to Completed or Update.

Deleting Reservation Traces

  1. From the Ask Oracle menu navigate to Today's Traces.
  2. Select a reservation.
  3. Select a Trace for a Reservation from the Traces Pending menu.
  4. Select a Trace or swipe action right to either manage or delete (select All if you are unable to see the trace you are looking for).
  5. Alternatively, select the More Actions menu, and then click Delete Trace.
