PWA - Queue Rooms
Use Queue Rooms to manage arrival reservations that are waiting for an available room to check in. Housekeeping attendants can view Queue Rooms in OPERA Cloud Mobile on their phones or other devices to see which rooms may need to be cleaned or inspected sooner and prioritize those tasks accordingly.
Viewing Wait Time and Updating Queue Priority
- From the Ask Oracle menu, select Queue Rooms.
- The current wait time on queue is displayed in the Queue Wait Time.
- The current Priority on Queue is displayed in the Queue Status.
- To change the queue priority of a reservation, select the Queue Priority and swipe action left. Select Prioritize to update the reservation to first priority, change the New Queue Priority value or Remove from Queue.
- The results list will reorder.
Alternatively
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk and then select Arrivals.
- Enter search criteria and select Search.
- Select the reservation from the search results, select the I Want To . . . menu, and select Queue.
- The current wait time on queue appears.
- Select Prioritize to make the reservation the first priority or change the New Queue Priority value and select Save.
Removing a Reservation from the Queue
- From the Ask Oracle menu, select Queue Rooms.
- Select the reservation from the search results, select or swipe left action . . . menu and then select Edit Queue.
- Select the ellipsis Actions menu and select Remove Queue.

- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk and then select Arrivals.
- Enter search criteria and select Search.
- Select the reservation from the search results, select the I Want To . . . menu and select Queue.
- Select the Actions menu and select Remove from Queue.
Changing/Assigning Room for Room on Queue
- From the Ask Oracle menu, select Queue Rooms.
- Select the reservation from the search results, select or swipe left action . . . menu and then select Edit Queue or select Room Type on reservation.
- Select the desired Room or select Change Room option.
- Search and assign a room.
Alternatively
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk and then select Arrivals.
- Enter search criteria and select Search.
- Select the reservation from the search results, select the I Want To . . . menu and select Queue.
- Select the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Change Room.
