Configuring Leisure Locations

Configure location types, locations, and location schedules. Each location requires at least one schedule that defines when it is open and available.

Configure a Location Type

Location types categorize places where experiences occur, such as Spa, Pool, or Beach. Configure location types before configuring locations.

From the Administration menu, select Bookings, then Leisure Management.
On the Location Types tab, select Add.
Enter the code, description, sequence, inactive status, and translations as required.
Select Add and Close or Add and New.

Locations

Locations are the actual places where experiences take place, such as Royal Spa or Pool Deck. Each location is linked to a location type.

Configuring a Location

From the Administration menu, select Bookings, then Leisure Management.
On the Locations tab, select a property and select Add.
Enter the code, description, applicable location types, sequence, status, and translations as required.
In Leisure Location Schedule, enter start and end dates and times, occurrence days, and select Update.

Leisure Location Schedules

Important:

Each Location must have at least one schedule. The schedule tells the system when the Location is open and available for Experiences.

You can create additional schedules when the Location has different hours during certain periods, such as summer, holidays, weekends, or special events. For example, the Pool Deck may be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM most of the year, but from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM during the summer.

In the Leisure Location Schedule section, select the Edit icon.
Enter the start and end dates, start and end times, and occurrence days.
Select Update.
Select Add Schedule to add another schedule.
