Added Room Plan BI Publisher Report

A new Room Plan BI Publisher (BIP) report has been introduced, providing a detailed view of room assignments and availability at the individual room level for a property. The report displays up to 14 days per page, allowing you to easily monitor occupancy and reservation status over time.

You can filter the report using the following criteria:

  • Property

  • From Date

  • To Date

  • Room Class

  • Room Type

  • Room

  • Floor

  • Room Features

  • Smoking Preference

The Room Class, Room Type, and Room filters follow a hierarchical structure to support more refined filtering. For example, selecting a Room Class limits the available Room Types to those associated with the selected class. Similarly, selecting a Room Type further restricts the available Rooms to those within the selected type.

The report layout includes the following enhancements:

  • Displays the guest count for reservations with more than one guest

  • Provides visual indicators (icons) for Shared Reservations (Shared reservations), Do Not Move Room (Do Not Move room), and Day Use Reservations (Day User Reservations)
