Added Service Requests Detail Report

A new Service Requests Detail BI Publisher (BIP) report is available, providing a detailed list of service requests for a selected date range based on the specified search criteria. The report is designed to align with the format and layout of the existing OPERA Cloud Service Requests report.

You can filter the report using the following criteria:

• Property

• Open From Date

• Open To Date

• Closed From Date

• Closed To Date

• Status

• Department

• Priority

• Service Request Code

• Profile Name/Profile ID (free text)

• Confirmation Number (free text)
