Appendix - Data Studio Availability

Data Studio availability depends on the R&A environment and the access assigned to the signed-in user. When available, Data Studio is displayed as both a Home Page tile and a navigation menu entry.

Availability Item	Expected Result
Data Studio	Displays the Data Studio tile on the Home Page and the Data Studio entry in the navigation menu for users with access.

If Data Studio is not available in either location, contact your administrator to confirm that it is available for your environment and that your R&A portal access is correctly assigned.

If Data Studio opens but metadata does not load, refresh the page, sign in again, and retry. If the issue continues, contact Oracle Support and provide the R&A version, active tab, selected subject area or table, and the error message.
