Investigation Failures

Failure Analysis ranks the most frequent failure reasons found for failed report jobs included by the selected Jobs setting during the latest scan. Use the reported reason as an investigation starting point.

1. Review the failure reasons and their relative frequency.

2. Select View Failed Jobs to review the affected report jobs.

3. Identify the job or group of jobs that requires investigation.

4. Review the reported error together with the job's schedule, output, and delivery configuration.

5. Correct the owning configuration or collect the information required for escalation.

6. After the next job execution, select Refresh and review the reported result.
