12 Health Monitoring Dashboard

The Health Monitoring Dashboard provides administrators with a centralized view of R&A report job health, delivery status, failures, and scheduled job activity. Use the dashboard to quickly identify report delivery issues and review scheduled job configuration.

Accessing Health Monitoring

Open Health Monitoring from the application portal.

Access is available when either:

  • Your user is assigned to the APPADMIN group

    Or

  • Health Monitoring is enabled for your assigned custom group through Administration.

Monitor Job Health

The Dashboard Summary displays key job-status indicators for the selected Report group. Use the Report group toggle to view either Critical jobs only or All jobs. Key indicators include:

  • Total Jobs

  • Successful

  • Scheduled Job Failures

  • Failed Delivery

  • Cancelled / Terminated

  • Configuration Issues

Use the Time Period control to switch between 24 Hours and 7 Days.

Use UTC / Local to view job information in the applicable time zone.

Select Refresh to retrieve the latest monitoring information.

Review Job Status Trends

The Hourly Job Status chart shows job activity over the selected period.

For the last 24 hours, jobs are presented by hour. Use the chart to compare successful, failed, delivery-failed, output-failed, terminated, and canceled jobs.

Hover over a chart segment to review the job counts for that period.

Investigate Failures

The Failure Analysis section identifies report failure reasons detected during the latest scan.

Select View Failed Jobs to review failed jobs grouped by error and investigate the affected report jobs.

Configuration-related delivery failures, including configuration issues such as SFTP and SMTP failures, are identified separately.

Review Scheduled Jobs

The Scheduled Jobs Configuration Details section provides an overview of configured report schedules, including:

  • Total scheduled jobs

  • Public and private jobs

  • Active and paused jobs

  • Schedule frequency

Use Download All Jobs to obtain the scheduled job information for further review.

The Operating State view shows the distribution of active and paused schedules, while Scheduled by Frequency provides the job cadence. The Frequency Profile highlights high-frequency and other scheduled jobs.

Recommended Use

Review the Health Monitoring Dashboard regularly to identify report failures, delivery issues, configuration problems, and changes in scheduled job activity that may require investigation.
