Understand the Dashboard Summary

The Dashboard Summary provides a high-level view of the report jobs included by the selected Jobs setting. Each summary indicator shows the total and status breakdown for that selection. Use the indicators to identify exceptions that require attention; do not treat an indicator alone as confirmation of the underlying cause.

Table 12-1 Dashboard Summary

Indicator	What it signals	Suggested next step
Total Jobs	Report jobs included for the selected Time Period and Jobs settings.	Use as context for the outcome indicators and expected activity.
Successful	Monitored jobs reported as successfully completed.	Compare with expected volume and review changes over time.
Scheduled Job Failures	Monitored scheduled jobs for which a failure was recorded.	Open failed-job details and review the reported error.
Failed Delivery	Monitored jobs for which report delivery did not complete successfully.	Review the destination and applicable email or SFTP configuration.
Canceled / Terminated	Monitored jobs canceled or stopped before normal completion.	Review job details and determine whether the interruption was expected.
Config Issues	Job or delivery-configuration problems detected for monitored jobs	Review the affected job and its SMTP, SFTP, or other applicable settings.
