Application Properties
System properties influence the behavior of the system. Administrators use them to set timeout values, url addresses, processing settings, and many other properties.
System properties can be set:

Using OAuth2 for REST Client Invocations
Oracle Health Insurance application’s RESTful services can be OAuth2 protected. In that case the application validates and / or introspects OAuth2 access tokens that are sent as Bearer tokens in the HTTP Authorization header.
