Claim Line Unlocking

This feature provides for restriction of unlocking locked claim lines.

Claim lines are locked when the claim they belong to is unfinalized using a specific unfinalize reason (with the Lock Claim Lines indicator checked). Locked claim lines will not be reprocessed when the claim is sent through the flow again; meaning that all results will be kept. The user can select the specific claim lines that are appealed and that have to be unlocked so they can be reprocessed. This way it is possible to handle appeals on the claim line level.

Claim lines are also locked when the claim or claim line is pended by a specific external intervention rule (with the Lock Claim Lines indicator checked). This way it is possible to gradually add new claim lines to an already processed claim and only process the new claim lines when reprocessing the claim.

The ability to unlock locked claim lines can be restricted to a select group of people.

Example

If a user has an access restriction of type 'UNLOCK' (Claim Line Unlocking), then he is authorized to unlock a claim line.
