This document is the Operations Guide for Oracle Health Insurance Components.

This guide describes the various interfaces, the data model, the operational processes, the generation of output and the integration points. It provides the user with explanation and examples of the default behavior of Oracle Health Insurance.

The Operations Guide is intended for daily users (operators) of the Oracle Health Insurance system.

Guiding principle

Guiding principle for the Operations Guide is to support Oracle Health Insurance users in their operational tasks.

The customized version of an Oracle Health Insurance installation will probably hold many extensions to the default data model and operational logic that are not included in this operational guide.
