User Access

This topic offers a detailed overview of the access restrictions required to grant full functionality for Operational Reporting and Data Transfer features. It thoroughly outlines the necessary permissions for both API and JET user interface access, allowing you to effectively utilize all aspects of the Operational Reporting and Data Transfer capabilities.

Integration Point Access

To access the following integration points, you need specific access restriction grants.

JET User Interface Access

Function Code

To access the JET user interface pages for Operational Reporting, specific function code access is required. The following function codes grant access to the various pages.

  • CO0023: Grants automatic access to:

    • Operational Report IP

    • Operational Reporting search page

    • Operational Report detailed page

  • CO0024: Provides access to the Operational Reports View floor plan configuration page.

Access to function code CO0023 is mandatory to access floor plan configuration pages. Once access to CO0023 is granted, the system allows for CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) access to function code CO0024.

Reporting View

  • Policies In Progress

    • A Grant to access restriction POL_REP_POLICIES_IN_PROGRESS_VW is required to fetch results for the reporting view Policies In Progress.

Base View

When base views are generated, the system automatically creates an access restriction type specific to each base view. If a base view is later deleted, the corresponding access restriction type is also removed automatically.

To access a base view or perform a data transfer, user permission must be explicitly granted to the associated access restriction type.

Data Transfer

  • To perform data transfer from the JET user interface, access to the datatransfer IP is required.

Data Transfer History

  • To view data transfer logs from Data Transfer History on the JET user interface, access to the datatransferlogs API is required.
