From where can I get the MDB files for each dictionary?

The MDB/Configuration file is shipped with Oracle Argus and it is available in <Installation path>\Oracle\Argus\DBInstaller Directory.

Note:

Periodically, Oracle releases MDB files with the newer versions and you can contact the Oracle Customer Support to get them. To upload such custom MDB files, use the Upload New Configuration File option from the Dictionary Loader screen.
