Multilingual dialog enhancements for easier review

Description

The multilingual dialog user interface has been enhanced for easier review for global as well as Japanese users as follows:

• Global Multilingual Dialog Box
  • The layout has been changed such that the English and other language text boxes now appear adjacent to each other.
  • English flag and foreign language icons are removed.
  • Global users can now view Japanese text by selecting the Japanese option from the language drop-down.
  • Japanese data entry is enabled for the global user for the following fields:
    • Abbreviated Narrative
    • Case Comment
    • Company Comment
    • Evaluation in light of similar events in the past
    • Narrative
  • Inclusion of Translate button (only when translation is enabled) for translation from English to Non-English and vice-versa.
• Japanese Multilingual Dialog box
  • The layout has been changed such that the Japanese and other language text boxes (including English) appear adjacent to each other.
  • English flag, Japanese flag, and foreign language icons are removed.
  • Inclusion of Translate button (only when translation is enabled) for translation from English to Japanese.
