Oracle Argus re-skinning

Description

The appearance of Oracle Argus Safety has been enhanced as follows:

• The color theme is based on the Redwood Light theme.
• These changes have been applied through the CSS.
• Images and Quick Launch icons have been replaced to match the theme.
• The following modules have been re-skinned:
  • Oracle Argus Safety Web application (both English and Japan)
  • Global Portal
  • Local Affiliate
  • Login Page
  • Oracle Argus Safety Console
  • Oracle Argus Insight
• Standard dialog boxes shared between the Oracle Argus Safety Web interface, Oracle Argus Safety Console, and Oracle Argus Insight have the Redwood light theme.
