Set up a user account with EDQM

The following steps describe how to set up an EDQM account.

Before you begin, make sure you have a user account with API access privileges.
  1. Access the EDQM Customer Service Desk.
  2. Log in using the credentials from the email with the subject line: EDQM EPID registration.
  3. Request access to the Standard Database terms.
    1. Go to the Profile menu option under WELCOME <username>.
    2. Accept the terms for using API.
  4. Verify that the Help API menu option is available under the NEWS AND INFORMATION link.
