Import tab field descriptions
You can import data by adding the source file in the shared path. You
can configure the path in Console > System Configuration > Common
Profile Switches.
Only JPIC and WMDIS formats are accepted. For WMDIS files, both XLS and XSLX formats are supported. If you attempt to upload another a file with a different format, then the file is not imported and it is automatically moved in the Failures folder along with the error description files.
When you import data, it is sorted by date, with the newest displayed on top. Each item that has the same date is sorted by an internal sequential number.
The Literature Intake path is defined in the Argus Japan profile switch.

| 14 | インポート日 | Import Date | This field displays the date at which the literature data is uploaded to the system. The supported format is YYYY/MM/DD and the character limit is 10. |

| 18 | 製品群 | Product Family | The Japanese product family name that is associated with
the Search Equation number in Console, or the one that has matching
ingredients with the WMDIS data. This field displays all matching
product family names and are separated by a semicolon.
All ingredients from WMDIS Literature data are present within a particular Product Family. |
| 19 | 成分 | Ingredients | This column displays only the imported ingredients values. |
| 20 | 標題 | Title | You are sent an error message if the original import source data has more than 250 characters and thus the import fails. |

| 30 | 個別情報の追加 | Add Individual Information | You can check this option to add individual literature information. |
| 31 | リストの印刷 | Print List | This option allows you to print the list of data displayed. |
| 32 | にエクスポート | Export to Excel | The records in the Import tab are downloaded in Excel format. |
