Import tab actions

The following right-click options are available anywhere in the Import table rows:

承認 (Accept)

You can accept a highlighted item. After you click this option, 承認 (Accepted) is displayed in the Screening column.

If you attempt to accept an item but the Product Family is not specified, then the Modify Product Family window is displayed where you can set the required information.

After an item is set as Accepted, assigned to a user or user group and Literature Type is set, then the data item is automatically moved to the Processing tab. The user name and date time stamp (GMT) values are saved in the source file. If you do not set any Literature Type, Screening results or Assigner values, then the data item is not moved and it remains in the Import tab until the values are set.

却下 (Reject)

You can reject a highlighted item. After you click this option, 却下 (Rejected) is displayed in the Screening column.

Before you attempt to reject an item, the Standard Justification window opens, where the default value is set to 標準のスクリーニングによる却下 (Rejected by the Standard Screening).

After an item is marked as rejected, it is automatically moved to the Processed tab. The user name and date time stamp (GMT) values are saved in the source file.

担当者の指定 (Assign user)

You can assign different users as owners of the operations in the Processing tab. When you click Assign user, the User assign window opens.

The window displays only active J users that belong to at least one user group and that have access to the Literature Intake menu option in Console > Access Management > Groups > Menus.

文献情報の種類の指定 (Assign Literature Type)

You can specify the Literature Type from the J Console Codelist. After you click this option, the Literature Type assign window opens where you can assign an owner. Only the active codelist items are displayed in this window.

担当ユーザーグループの指定 (Assign User group)

You can assign a user group as owner of the operations. When you click the 担当ユーザーグループの指定 (Assign User group) option, the Assign User Group window opens.

The window displays only the user groups that have access to the Literature Intake menu option in Console > Access Management > Groups > Menus.

重複文献検索 (Literature Duplicate Search)

Duplicate search is perfomed in all three tabs, Import, Processing and Processed and it searched based on the Title, Vol., Issue, Page and Publish Year values. The system searches through Literature Intake data, and then you can search through case data if you select the radio button. Case data search results are displayed in the table.

複数インポート日の変更 (Modify Import date for multiple items)

When you click the 複数インポート日の変更 (Modify Import date for multiple items) option, the same Modify Import Date window opens for all items that have the checkbox in the first column checked, with the default value set to blank. Thus, you can specify the modified import date which is then updated for all those items.

製品系統群の指定 (Modify product family)

This option is always available. You can define the product family associated to the selected literature. You can done this through the 製品系統群の選択(Select Product Family) pop-up window.

The 製品系統群の選択 (Select Product Family) window features the following fields:
  • 選択可能な製品系統群 (Selectable Product Family) - this field displays all the available Product Family items that are not selected.
  • 選択された製品系統群 (Selected Product Family) - this field displays the Product Family that you have selected.
  • 追加 (Add) - you use this field to add the selected Product Family.
  • 全て削除 (Delete All) - you use this field to delete all items from the Selected Product Family field.
  • 削除 (Delete) - you use this field to delete the selected Product Family.
  • OK - When you click this option, the selected product families are displayed in the Literature Intake table.
  • 取消 (Cancel) - You can click this option to exit the window.

モニタリングチェック票の印刷 (Print Monitoring Check Report)

When you click on the モニタリングチェック票の印刷 (Print Monitoring Check Report) option, the Monitoring Check Report is printed in PDF format.

複数承認 (Multiple Accept)

When you click this option, all selected row items are accepted.

複数却下 (Multiple Reject)

When you click this option, all selected row items are rejected.

複数に担当者を指定 (Assign multiple users)

This option enables you to assign users to assess all selected row items in the Processing tab.

複数に文献の種類を指定 (Assign Literature Type to multiple items)

This option enables you to specify the Literature Type for all the selected row items.

複数インポート日の変更 (Modify Import date)

When you click on this option, a dialog window opens displaying import dates for the selected Literature intake record. You can modify the dates and confirm them by clicking OK or cancel them by clicking Cancel.

Add Individual Information button

When you click this button, you can enter individual literature data on the pop-up window with the data entry fields. For more information, see the Add Individual Information field descriptions section.

Print List button

Click this button to print the list of available data. For more information, see the Print List field descriptions section.
