Perform a duplicate search
You can perform a duplicate search by right-clicking an item in the Literature Intake table and then the 重複検索 (Duplicate Search) window is displayed.
Duplicate search is perfomed in all three tabs, Import, Processing and Processed and it searched based on the Title, Vol., Issue, Page and Publish Year values. The system searches through Literature Intake data, and then you can search through case data if you select the radio button. Case data search results are displayed in the table.
You can modify any field values and then search based on the new filters. The search condition can perform a partial search if you use the % special character.
When at least one duplicate search results is displayed, the 文献情報の却下 (Reject Literature Information) option is also available. When you click this option, the selected original item is marked as Rejected. IF there are more than 1000 results displayed in the list, only the first 1000 items are displayed and the following pop-up warning message is displayed: 1000以上の結果が出ました。最初の1000のみが表示されます。” (There are more than 1000 results. Only the first 1000 are displayed.)
- The columns that are not present in the case data, such as Search Equation Number, Document Number, Issue, Screening Owner and Assessment Owner are left blank.
- Ingredients diplay case data, Generic name.
- The Author, Title and Journal fields are displayed in Japanese characters. If Japanese values are not present, then the English value with the 翻訳無し (No Translation) tag is displayed.
