Enable multilingual data entry on globally locked case

Summary

All multilingual fields are enabled for data entry on locked cases to help in local case processing when cases are in specific workflow states based on the workflow configuration (Enhancements 35522197 and 30857595)

Description

A new check box, Enable multi-lingual fields in locked case is added in Console > System Configuration > Workflow > States.
  • When this check box is checked, then for a case available in that specific workflow, the multilingual dialog boxes are enabled for data entry in all languages. This is applicable even when the case is locked globally or locally. However, you cannot edit the default language, English for the global user, and English/Japanese for the Japan user).

    The Translate button works as per the system configuration for translation service.

  • When this check box is unchecked, then for locked cases, the existing behavior is retained as is by disabling the multilingual dialog boxes.
To enable data entry in local language, the multilingual dialog is enabled for the following fields in the case form:
  • Case Form > General > Reporter Information > First Name
  • Case Form > General > Reporter Information > Middle Name
  • Case Form > General > Reporter Information > Last Name
  • Case Form > Patient > Patient Information > Initials
