Activating the dictionary

1. Select Start > Apps > Dictionary Loader.
   The Dictionary Loader dialog box appears.
2. Select a connection and connect to the database.
   For more information, see Connecting to the database.
3. In the Data Connections pane, select a connection.
4. Select Dictionary > Activate.
   The dictionary status changes to ACTIVE. The dictionary is defined, data is loaded into the schema, and the dictionary is available for coding.
