Performing post-impact analysis tasks

1. Re-enable the Get Requests and Return codes jobs for each study related to the upgraded dictionary.

2. Verify that new coding requests use the correct coding definition and dictionary version.

3. Run the Impact Analysis Report.

4. Export the impact analysis data.

5. Rerun impact analysis.
