Various security updates

For this release, we made also made various security updates.

Study ID can't be longer than 50 characters (former known issue)

Study designers: Now, the limit of 64 characters for a study's ID works as expected. Even if your study's ID exceeds 50 characters (but doesn't contain more than 64 characters), your study can be successfully activated.

Retracted workaround: You no longer have to make sure that a study's ID is less than 50 characters when the maximum number of characters is 64. (Issue 30147429)

Training video is unexpectedly displayed for users who can skip visits

From now on, any users who is assigned the Skip Visits permission will no longer see the Dispense and Replace Kits video training within the application. Previously, users who were assigned this specific permission had to complete the Dispense and Replace Kits video training, although their work did not require that. (Issue 34955265)

Japanese users see complete product training in English (former known issue)

All Japanese users: Now, when you first sign in Oracle Clinical One Platform, as a Japanese user,you can see description of your in-product training displayed in Japanese, as expected. Previously, text surrounding your training was displayed in English.

Retracted workaround: You can continue updating your closed captions to Japanese, so the training videos are translated into Japanese. (Issue 32877184)
