The Effective Date for a lab normal range reduces by one day when a range update is saved

Now, the Effective Date, defined when you configure a lab normal range, is no longer reduced by one day after saving updates to the lab normal range. Previously, the system applied a conversion to the date based on the user's time zone, and in some cases, resulted in a reduction of one day. (Issue 36260224)

Processing data related to sites may take longer than expected

Processing and sending data related to site events for Oracle Clinical One Analytics no longer takes more time than expected. This issue was caused by the absence of a specific parameter that would return all data for all sites in a study, instead of data for a specific site in the study.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 36250794)

Text entry when creating sites and depots for Chinese language studies caused randomization to fail (former known issue)

Now, when you create a site or depot for a Chinese language study, you are presented with a predefined list for the State/Province/County field, and text entry is no longer permitted. Previously, text entry allowed special characters to be entered; for example, 北京 could be entered for Beijing, resulting in failed randomization.

Retracted workaround: None (Issue 34765926)

The tabs on the Global Settings page do not load or refresh as expected (former known issue)

Now, when you are on the Global Settings page, the settings displayed align with the tab selected.

Retracted workaround: Select the Users tab, then select the other tab that you want to access. (Issue 34638369)

The Add Subject button is still visible despite system configuration

When a site has been selected from the Site filter, and the user clicks Add Subject, the system presents a message to the user informing them that they can no longer add subjects.

Now, when the filters on the subject listings page are set to All, users are also presented with the same message: You can no longer manually add subjects to this site. Previously, no message was displayed when the filters on the subject listings page were set to All and Add Subject was clicked.

Retracted workaround: None. (Issue 34742872)
