Mark a shipment as lost

During the course of a study, you may have to mark a shipment as lost in the application.

  1. Navigate to the Shipments tab. For step-by-step instructions, see Access the Shipments tab
  2. Select one or more shipments with statuses of In Transit or Confirmed.
  3. From the Edit Shipment drop-down, select Mark Shipment Lost, and click Confirm.
    All kits in the shipment are marked as Missing.
