What should I do if a kit is missing from a shipment that needs to be destroyed?

If a kit is missing and you can't receive it for destruction, the system will automatically mark it as Missing.

The site user typically receives a notification letting them know that one or several kits are missing from a shipment that needs to be destroyed at a depot facility. Their next step is to work with a site user to find those kits, update their status accordingly in the study's inventory, and a site user or Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will ship those kits to you again, so you can destroy them.
