Shipment Rejection Integration

If SAP rejects a shipment request, this integration changes the shipment status in Clinical One Cloud Service to Invalid.

Integration overview

1. SAP places a shipment rejection file on Oracle’s sFTP server.
2. The integration retrieves the files, and using the shipment number in the file updates the corresponding shipment status to Invalid in Clinical One Cloud Service.
