Subject dispensation notification (with failures)
This notification is sent when a dispensation event is successfully completed or when the dispensation failed at a site you're assigned to. Additionally, this notification is sent when a dispensation event with dosing instructions is successfully completed or has failed. Details about partial dispensation are included when they occur.
Note:
If Unblinded Pharmacist kits are assigned to a visit, this notification will also contain a notice for blinded site users to contact their pharmacist or unblinded site user to dispense those Unblinded Pharmacist kits.Permissions required to receive the notification
Assign on or more of the appropriate permissions to users based on the need to receive specific information in the notification. Each permission shows the same notification format, but with a different level of detail depending on the limit or blindness of the role assigned to them. An individual report is generated for each assigned permission. For example, if you are assigned all three permissions you will receive three separate notifications: Unblinded dispensation succeeded, Dispensation succeeded, or Dispensation with Dosing Instructions succeeded.
- Receive the Unblinded Dispensation Notification: Generates an unblinded individual report that includes the kit description for each kit number and the number of dose holds.
- Receive the Dispensation Notification: Generates an individual report that includes the kit description only if the dispensed kits are of the Blinded distribution type. If not, this information is not included in the notification. The number of dose holds and any titration details are also included in the notification. If a titration does not have a blinded title, then these details are not present in the notification.
- Receive the Dispensation with Dosing Instructions Notification: Generates an individual report that includes the kit description and dosing instructions, along with the number of dose holds. This permission is typically assigned to unblinded sponsor user roles who must be made aware of whether a dispensation with dosing instructions was successful or not.
If the subject dispensation fails, you will receive a Dispensation failed notification if you have any or all of the listed permissions. If the process fails, only one failure report is created.
