New filters for the Oracle CRF Submit Download Log report

The Download Log report now includes additional filters to help you refine results and focus on relevant download activity.

Previously, running the Download Log report returned all results. With the introduction of new filters, users can now refine results when generating the report.

The following new filters are available:
  • Request Name
  • Completed Date
  • Request Type
  • Site Name
  • Subject Number
  • Download Date (GMT)
  • Username

Note:

The Subject Number filter is disabled when Kit Chain of Custody (Blinded) is selected as the Request Type.

Consider the following when using the new filters:

  • Selecting one or more Site Name values limits Subject Number options to subjects associated with the selected site(s).
  • If a Site Name selection is removed, the Subject Number filter is not refreshed. Previously selected subjects remain, but the report output includes only subjects associated with the remaining selected site(s).
  • If Subject Number is selected first, Site Name becomes unavailable.

Setting update: File Type removed

The File Type setting has been removed from the Settings sidebar. The Download Log report is available only in CSV format, making this option unnecessary.

More information about these filters is available in the Download Log report after the assessment environment upgrade is complete.
