Details for sponsor users
With the Site Service dataset you can generate reports to easily identify site information related to a study, such as study versions, SDV settings, supply settings, and screening limits. It shows how a site is configured within a specific study.
The dataset is limited to studies you can access in Analytics and includes only sites associated with at least one of those studies. It is not intended to provide a complete organization-wide list of sites.
The Audit folder is available only for selected Study Site properties shown through the PROPERTY_NAME and PROPERTY_VALUE fields. You can use these fields to track changes over time for supported site configuration settings.
Other attributes, including organization, address, investigator, SDV setting, and supply setting information display the latest available values and do not provide complete historical change tracking.
Note:
Assign a site to a study and study version for related data to appear in the dataset. Sites may still appear before a study version is assigned. If you are a sponsor user who needs to work with this dataset, make sure you reach out to your user administrator or Oracle point of contact to get the appropriate permission.
You can find more information on this dataset and its data elements in the Analytics User Guide, after the assessment environment upgrade completes.
