Schedule a Subject Queries report

Study Managers can now schedule a Subject Queries report to run automatically using your selected settings.

Before you work with this feature

You must have the assigned permission of Schedule Report to Run to schedule a report.

Details for study managers

As a study manager with the appropriate permissions, you can now set up a schedule for a Subject Queries report by defining the start time, time zone, frequency, and who to notify. You can also define filters for the report by specifying the following:

• Locations
• Subjects
• Last query status
• Age or age range
• Audit trail
• File type (CSV, HTML, or PDF)
