Enhancements to the Clinical One Training report

To get a more complete view of training status across your study, Clinical One Training report now includes both completed and incomplete training records. This, plus additional columns and output formats that are also now available, make it easier to monitor compliance and take follow-up actions on outstanding training.

To support the inclusion of incomplete training records, the existing Training Completion Date/Time column displays an Incomplete label for training that is not completed. This column continues to display the date and time of completion for completed trainings.

Note:

If training is complete but completion date is outside of the date range selected for the report, that training record will show as Incomplete.

Other enhancements are introduced to improve the general user experience with this report and facilitate training monitoring tasks:

• Two new columns, Trainee name and Trainee email, are now available in the Clinical One Training report. These display in the User Training section, for each user included in the report.
• The CSV and XLSX output formats are now available to download this report, in addition to existing HTML and PDF formats.
• Site users are now restricted from viewing other site users' data when generating this report.
