Subscribe to system maintenance status notifications

Sign up to receive system-status email notifications containing information about issues that could impact user access to Clinical One Cloud Service studies and related applications.

The Oracle Life Sciences Support Cloud – Clinical One Status Page offers the latest status information for Clinical One Cloud Service, Clinical One Digital Gateway, Oracle Clinical One Analytics, Oracle CRF Submit, and other Clinical One Cloud Service systems and services. Details for both the assessment and production environments are included.

Subscribe to updates

1. Open the Clinical One Status Page.

   Tip:

   You can also access the status page using the link in the maintenance message displayed when you sign in to an application that is undergoing maintenance.
2. In the upper right corner, select Subscribe to updates.
3. In the Subscribe to updates window, select your country, enter a valid email address, then select Subscribe to updates.
4. Select OK in the Subscription Successful window to complete the process.
   To stop receiving status notifications, go to the status page and select Unsubscribe. Follow the prompts in the Oracle Clinical One Unsubscription email to complete the process.

   A link to unsubscribe is also included in the email notifications you receive after subscribing.
