Set up your Oracle Life Sciences Support Cloud account to receive email notifications when Clinical One Cloud Service pre-release, upgrade, and planned maintenance announcements are posted.

To receive Clinical One Cloud Service release notifications, you must both subscribe using the instructions provided below and have the appropriate Clinical One Cloud Service entitlements assigned to your account. Both requirements must be met; neither subscribing nor having entitlements assigned is sufficient on its own. For more information, reach out to your Oracle point of contact.

1. Log in to Oracle Life Sciences Support Cloud.
2. Select My Account () in the upper-right corner, then select Account Settings.
3. On the Account Settings page, under Subscribe to Announcements, enable Send email notifications when new announcements are posted.

   Note:

   This setting applies to all Oracle Life Sciences applications. Even if you use only Clinical One Cloud Service, you receive email notifications when Oracle posts announcements about other applications.

After you enable this setting, you receive email notifications when Oracle posts a new announcement on the Life Sciences Support Cloud.

Announcement types

Announcements follow a standard naming convention, making them easy to identify. For example, Clinical One - 2026 Q3 (26.3) Pre-release notice.

Dates in release announcements are subject to change. Oracle posts a new announcement if they change.

Pre-release Themes	This announcement outlines the major themes planned for an upcoming minor release. Oracle posts it approximately two months before the release.	Oracle posts this announcement only for minor releases, for example 26.x.
Pre-Release	This announcement includes: The dates for the assessment environment and production upgrades. Information about any pause in Analytics data flow. Details for enhancements included in the release. Oracle posts this announcement two weeks before the scheduled start of the assessment environment upgrade. Once posted, you can request a copy of the draft Release Notes from your Oracle point of contact. For more information about Release Notes availability, see About the Release Notes.	Oracle posts this announcement only for minor releases like 26.x and patchset (maintenance) releases like 26.x.x.
Assessment Upgrade Complete	This announcement repeats key information included in the Pre-release announcement. Oracle posts this announcement when the assessment environment upgrade is complete.	Oracle posts this announcement only for minor releases like 26.x and patchset (maintenance) releases like 26.x.x. It is not posted for patch releases like 26.x.x.x.
Assessment Upgrade: Analytics Updates Resumed	Oracle posts this announcement when Analytics data updates resume in your assessment environment and the latest study data appears in reports and dashboards. Note: This announcement is posted only if Analytics data updates were paused for the assessment environment upgrade. If no pause was needed, the announcement is not posted.	Oracle posts this announcement only for minor releases like 26.x and patchset (maintenance) releases like 26.x.x. It is not posted for patch releases like 26.x.x.x.
Production Upgrade Complete	Oracle posts this announcement when the production upgrade is complete.	Oracle posts this announcement for all release types.
Production Upgrade: Analytics Updates Resumed	Oracle posts this announcement when Analytics data updates resume in your production environment and the latest study data appears in reports and dashboards.	Oracle posts this announcement for all release types.
