Activate or deactivate a device
You can activate a device that was already dispensed to a subject, as well as deactivate it if the subject is no longer using it or something happened with it.
For example, if the status of an IoT-enabled device configured through
Oracle mHealth Connector is set to Returned to Site, Pending Destruction, Misallocated,
Lost, or Damaged, you can deactivate that device.
Note:
Activation and deactivation of a device can only be done by a site user and doesn't affect the kit reconciliation process. Changing the status of a kit containing an IoT-enabled device configured through Oracle mHealth Connector can only be done by a clinical supply manager.Want to see how to perform this task?
