Rollback a subject's last dispensation
Rollback a subject's dispensation to correct errors or reschedule a subject's visit
Before you work with this feature
Before performing rollback on a subject's last dispensation, consider the following:
- Your user role must be assigned the respective dispensation rollback permissions. For more information, see Inventory Management permissions.
- Only one subject can be rolled back at a time.
- You cannot rollback dispensation if the visit is locked or frozen.
- When you clear all data from a visit and the dispensation is rolled back, the visit displays as New.
- Completing dispensation rollback results in the visit being marked as Incomplete.
- From the Home page, determine where to work: Training or Production mode. For more information, see Access study modes and pages.
- Open the study and confirm you're on the Subjects tab.
- Select the checkbox next to the subject that you would like to rollback the last dispensation visit for. Then, from the Manage drop-down, select Rollback Last Dispensation.
- In the Rollback Last Dispensation dialog, select a Reason for Rollback.
- Click Confirm.
