Create the Oracle Empirica Signal deployment on the Oracle WebLogic Server

To deploy Oracle Empirica Signal, you must create the deployment on the Oracle WebLogic Server in four steps.

• Step 1: Deploy jax-rs-2.0
  In this step you will create new deployment plans for Signal and SignalServer.
• Step 2: Deploy Signal application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock again the Signal server.
• Step 3: Deploy TopicsService application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock again the TopicsService server.
• Step 4: Deploy TopicServiceR application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock again the TopicServiceR server.
