Filter predefined signal management reports

Filter the data using Shared Analysis Criteria to run the reports you need.

Before you generate the predefined reports, you must first filter the data in the Shared Analysis Criteria section that corresponds to each report.
If you select a filter that doesn't apply to the report, it will be ignored. You can view each required field for every report on the user interface Shared Analysis Criteria page on the left pane and on the Predefined Oracle Analytics signal management reports.
  1. Open Shared Analysis Criteria to select the filter settings for the reports:
    Filter name Description
    Config Name The name of the configuration.
    Product Group The group of the product available for that configuration ID.
    Product Name Name of the selected product.
    SOC Displays alerts grouped by MedDRA System Organ Classes (SOCs), based on the existing view in the Product-Event Combinations Page table in Empirica Signal.
    Event Name of an event that is reported in combination with the product, as shown in the Product-Event Combinations Page table in Empirica Signal.
    Reviewed Indicates if the alert was reviewed or not. Two options available Yes and No.
    Assigned To Indicates the user by name the alert is assigned to.
    Alert Type Indicates the standard alert type available for each configured alert. For example, they might be Female, Male, Pediatric, or Elderly.
    Alert Date UTC dates using the format MM/DD/YYYY, where you can enter two dates, <firstDate> - <secondDate>, to set up a period of time during which the alert occurred.

    The stat labels available as drop-down options depend on your setup and specific configuration.

    Indicates the available signal statistics for each product as displayed in the Product-Event Combination page columns and also in the Signal Statistics graphs on the right pane. For more information on their meaning, see Product-event combination statistics.
    Config ID

    Mandatory field

    Loads automatically. The stat labels available as drop-down options depend on your setup and specific configuration. Automatically assigned unique identifier of the configuration.
  2. Select Apply.
  3. Navigate to the report tab where the fields apply.
